Josette Williams has been in the business of Hair for over 25 years. Her freelance career has been going strong for 10 years. She specializes in cutting and coloring, but most of her time lately has been occupied by photo shoots. In fact, she's awaiting a decision from HBO regarding a pilot she's involved in. If they pick up the show, she will have a regular schedule on set.
She loves her direct client work becasue she loves design. Freelancing gives her the chance to have some creative control. Clients tell her what they are looking for, and she can run with that idea and use her skills to come up with what's best for them.

Starting in 1991, Josette worked her way up to Educator, then Platform Artist, and now Production Stylist. Her passion for the art keeps her coming back. She believes people underestimate hair, thinking it is very easy. The truth is, if you don't have vision, hair styling can be very difficult.
